Providing person-centred support
We work in partnership with each person, agreeing together how we will support them to be as independent as possible. We also listen to the views of their families and the professionals who may be supporting them.
Each individual receives emotional and physical support from a members of our team who are trained to meet their specific needs.
Support is available from a one or two hours a week to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including one on one support. We provide help across in many daily tasks, including:

Accessing leisure and social activities
Managing finances and budgeting
